Ganatum was founded 2017 to offer customers outstanding project management and IT leadership services.

Successful leadership requires integrity, clarity and transparency. To stay on course in a fluid environment can be challenging. At times you need to dare making decisions despite the lack of facts.
To understand
A recurring theme for us is to make business and IT understand each other - in other words: To act as an interpreter that can translate expressions and concepts from one area to the other.
To achieve results
Sustainable results require teamwork where diverse expertise and personal traits are leveraged. One crucial element is to ensure that stakeholders and decision makers are on the same page as those executing the work.
The company has been founded and is owned by Dieter Joos.
Dieter is an economist and has been working in the IT industry for the most part of his professional career, both as a project manager and as a line manager. His working experience spans from large multinational companies to startup ventures. He has worked both as an employee and as a consultant.
Dieter is used to an international environment and speaks several languages fluently.

What is going on?
It is not easy to get an overwiev of what is happening within a company. It is easy to drown in all evaluations, spreadsheets and presentations that at times provide contradicting information. And at times there is no data at hand at all.
We can help setting up a platform that converts data into meaningful information.
Are your business processes in sync with the workings of your ERP system?
The ERP system is the equivalent of the cardiovascular circulation in a body. Its shortcomings lead to firefighting exercises, patchwork and at times open heart operations. We can help to introduce a new or modify the existing ERP so that it better fits your needss.
What needs to change? How to go about implementing change?
At times there is a lack of time or capacity to analyze and evaluate on how to respond to new challenges. A system change may be needed, processes to be reviewed.
Temporary lack of capacity?
At times it might be difficult to wait until the new hire is in place. At times capacity to drive a major change is missing.
